I paint pins to give away as random acts of kindness. I do this year round, but try to make sure to bring pins for the flight crew.

Yes, Northwest airlines were the best. I was very sick one time and the airline steward could see how sick I was. She moved a few people and gave me three seats so I could lay down and brought me a blanket. I miss Northwest airlines, they were always amazing. ❤

Chocolates make the world go around. I got the message about a little token for the crew upon boarding. I had two connnecting flights from San Diego to London. The first leg was Alaskan to Newark, NJ. I handed over a box of Godiva to the first crew member that I saw near the galley. I said, This is to thank you for your service." I was treated like a king. Then I boarded the British Airways flight to London, handed a crew member a box of chocolates "This is a small thank you for your service." The young flight attendant looked confused. He didn't know what to say or do, so he grabbed the chocolates and walked quickly to the galley. I took my seat and bucked up. The young man made a pass, kindly touched me on the shoulder saying, "Ta much for the gift !" In London teen slang. It was funny.. I received no special anything. Lesson - give the gift to a crew member who looks experienced.

oh LORD NO!!!! A cookie on a tray table without a napkin? People change baby’s diapers on those tray tables! Cabin cleaning doesn’t get done between most flights! Are you KIDDING ME?????? NNNNOOOOO! Disgusting and wrong
