Lovely work! But at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHaStmQNC18&t=700">11:40</a> I was screaming "nooooo"... because heat is your friend!! Use heat next time; your small blow torch would have been ideal!

That is amazing. Even more amazing is how you repaired that one flywheel that was damaged in a fire. It looks much better and it works like a charm too. Excellent work.

With the brass plate, you kinda got to understand when its annealed and when its work hardened and what happened to you is the metal work hardened and became unreliable to work and shape but annealing it again would give it more stretch and curve and best annealing is getting it cherry red.

Im 86 years old, i remember i do have a steammachine like this one . And a lot of smal machines who works in according the steammachine . But thats 80 years ago.
