  I live 4 mins from the beach in a 1 bdrm in Vietnam, I pay 350$, so you can find it you just have to tell them EXACTLY what you’re looking for and don’t back down!

  You can get a good bargain just hold out. &nbsp;My own people try to play me as well but I won’t have it. &nbsp;The laws there is different, they can do whatever. &nbsp;The more expats say yes to high prices, they will tell each others n everyone will raise their prices. &nbsp;<br>I rather live in a hotel where I don’t need that extra fees, electricity, water n internet that is set in the price with no deposit money. &nbsp;Paying in advance n deposit with no discount is not right.<br>I once let a local know she overcharged me for a drink because I’m an American Vietnamese n it’s not right n walked away. &nbsp;Lucky she didn’t beat me up! LOL but I’m a hot headed Vietnamese woman like my mom!

  3 months upfront is not normal people! If you pay more than 1 month upfront you should get a discount! <br>This girl got screwed!

  Yeah. I like your vid. &nbsp;It was down to earth. &nbsp;I knew I did not want to go to Vietnam or any place like Thailand. &nbsp;<br><br>Where I live, we have all the food they have over there. &nbsp;Other things to consider are the price of the plane ticket, the long-ass flight &amp; the heat. &nbsp;The views are nice, but the heat is torturous to me.

  I SAW SOME PEOPLE SAY WHEN YOU GET THERE TO GET A CHEAP HOTEL FOR A WHILE BEFORE YOU RENT. SO WHAY NOT JUST STAY IN A CHEAP HOTEL INSTEAD OF RENTING. YOU GET FREE WIFI, NO ELECTRIC BILL FREE MAID SERVICE. WHY NOT JUST STAY &nbsp;THERE?.. &nbsp;WAS TOLD IT CAN BE &nbsp;$300-$600 PER MONTH.
