  The one thing I notice in the videos of literally EVERY expat living in Thailand, Costa Rica, Vietnam is that they're either buying TONS of fresh fruits and veggies or already have their fridge loaded with it, fresh juices...the whole nine. But in America, as much as we'd like to do that and live healthier, the US makes the most unhealthy food widely available and cheap. But, good quality produce is crazy expensive, sprayed with toxic shit or inaccessible. That alone is a reason to get out of here, this country doesn't want us to thrive. I love seeing videos like this where our people are healthy and at peace for once.

  Try getting that crib for $770 a month in America.  Plus, lots of times the home Wi-Fi is included.  I have lived the past 17 years outside of America and could not imagine ever living in America again.  The sense of community, respect, and kindness felt in countries like Vietnam is extremely conducive to healing oneself.  I recently visited my son in America and like previous visits being there felt uncomfortable and stressful.  I can remember driving my rental car and experiencing heavy breathing and discomfort just thinking about getting pulled over by the police.  And the amount of curse words I heard, rudeness I witnessed, and just the overall loudness for no reason was very difficult to process.

  In Vietnam, there is almost no police presence. You do not see any police officers during the day, but life is very safe. In the small alleys, residents voluntarily come together as a community, greet each other every day, and together keep the neighborhood clean and secure.❤😍

  I love seeing expats living in places that are not a high-rise. She looks so calm and peaceful, living right in a neighborhood. Thank you for this.  Hope to see more like it. 🙂
