  I’ve had such a hard time over the past year with thinking I’m worthless because I was worth being cheated on. It wasn’t my fault. It was her decision. I take fault for the ways I fell short in our marriage, but I didn’t deserve this pain. I didn’t deserve this heart ache.

  Once he admitted to his affair, I divorced him and didn’t care a lick about his stupid side piece. &nbsp;I was more hurt by his cruelty to me for years.

  Truely thank you so much for making this video! Your words truly healed a part in me. This video came at a moment where I needed it most. I just found out last week that my partner of 10 years has cheated on me. We have both choosen to work on it but I still felt a lot of anxiety around the thoughts of the other women. I compared myself and hated especially my looks. Nothing he said could change that feeling. But your words hit deep and I wrote down all of your recommended methods and skills. I will watch all of your videos now. Please continue to make videos and help more people ♥

  Thank you for the true words. It’s been rough comparing myself to multiple other men who my wife had affairs with. I have to remind myself that I’m not the problem. I work on my mental and physical health everyday. She chose to stay. We are both in therapy. Things seem to be going really well. I still have deeply rooted fears though that roll through my mind and try to take over. In these moments, if I’m able to, telling myself that I’m just as good if not better off by myself I find it helps a lot. I never needed my wife, I just really want her badly. Although, if she doesn’t want me, all the attraction fades. I am completely committed, but also fine with being on my own if she doesn’t reciprocate the same energy that I put into our relationship. This keeps me level headed.<br><br>Thanks again, and to anyone reading this that’s going through the negativity just know that you are strong enough to be on your own &amp; much better off without someone who doesn’t want to be faithful and loving to you. Love yourself and stay faithful to you!

  Thank you for all your breakdown, your tone speed examples etc have helped me not only sign myself up for therapy but feel a sense of relief of letting go I took personally vs their lack of or the ability to talk and find a resolution to fix what&apos;s broken jn them.   I appreciated the video. My husband had a 7 year affair with a co-worker. They did many activities together and saw each other everyday. He stopped having sex with me and I thought it was because when he had cancer he became impotent, and I chose to stay with him only to find out that he has been giving everything I needed to another woman. We are going on 27 years of marriage and I adored him. I was deprived of so many things and can&apos;t stop comparing myself. I am jealous of the time, energy and sex he gave to her when I had none of it. &nbsp;I&apos;m not sure how to stop spiraling. Discovery was 6 mths ago and we are in therapy. I am not sure if I should stay even though he has chosen to stay due to the &quot;80&quot; percent apparently, but how can I get over the jealousy and the time that was stolen from me even though I understand it was due to his internal inadequacies and not mine? He made thousands of choices to be with her over the years. I have so many questions.
