Ahdh post menopausal here, the smallest amount of Testogel lifted my nightmarish brain confusion in 2 days.

2.
Days...🎉

Edit: oestradiol + progesterone had done nothing at all for my brain.

Was diagnosed 6 years ago when 38. I have done so much research and studied course to help support myself. I also have an access to work coach.
Unfortunately the last 8 months I have not been coping. I'm waiting a physiatrist appointment to get adhd medication.
The last few weeks I've realised I'm not suffering burn out I think it's being pre menopausal. I'm struggling to cope daily, when I have always bounced back in previous years. Seeing talks like this are really helpful

Dr. Louise, what do you think about using DHEA instead of Testo?

This makes me sad. 45, burnout for 3 years now. My obgyn two years ago said I was too young, so no hormone testing. However, I try not to get too well too soon, because thes is a chance to experience at my lowest what actually is rhe essence of me. In this state, I notice clearer than in any other state ofm my life what my actual characreristic needs are. What kind if life am I cut out for? It's not rhe one I'm living. I don't want to be made capable of pushing through in the wrong environment, if that makes sense.
