  This is a side point, but what Deion did "Tongue-chanting," where he repeated the same thing over and over again. That is definitely not a "language."

  He could have calmed himself down before he came to the seat, or turned away from the microphone. &nbsp;<br>Matthew 6:5-8 also comes to mind.

  At around 40 minutes of the talk, Josh is giving an example out of the old testament the difference between descriptive text vs prescriptive text. I say this because some who maybe watching may not understand what Josh is saying. <br>Descriptive text: describes people, places and events.<br><br>Prescriptive text: are texts that is stating facts that should be carried out without deviation. &nbsp;Like a doctor who prescribes you a medication for you to take as well as the personal instructions on how and when you are to take said medicine.

  Deion did this years ago when he was on a Bear Grylls show and had to do some steep rock climbing. He was speaking in tongues the entire way up. Afterwards he explained to Bear what and why he was doing it - which was the same reason - to calm himself.

  ~ 1 Corinthians 14:23; If, therefore, the whole church comes together and all speak in tongues, and outsiders or unbelievers enter, will they not say that you are out of your minds?<br>That was the experience in our Pentecostal church when we invited my cousin to church. &nbsp;He literally said, &quot;these people are out their minds&quot;.

  This is a big problem we have as believers in like all camps…. We can’t disagree (even when we bring Bible scriptures.) we want some kinda experience so bad,we want to see these things so bad…(forget what the bible or how it says we ought to or ought not to do theses things….. we have been told &amp; taught so long “don’t say nothing “ don’t judge “yall make the church look back we you have questions/don’t agree

  My wife and I were part of an MFI church in Hamilton Ontario Canada, &nbsp;where they had a 30 minute pre service time of prayer and worship. During this time, it was instructed to us by either a pastor or a leader of the church for us to pray in our heavenly language, IE tongues. If they had this period of pre-service worship of God in the churches prayer language was closed off to the public and only believers who speak in tongues were allowed in, then maybe that would be the only plausible allowance of believers to pray out loud.
