  Young people today have no idea what socialism is!  They set up a table on college campuses and asked students if they preferred socialism or capitalism.  Naturally most of the students said socialism.  So, then they were asked if they would be willing to share their hard-earned GPA with other students who were not as smart or partied and didn't work as hard - they all insisted that was UNFAIR!   Clearly they are fully indoctrinated and have no idea what these things are, and they stopped teaching history for a reason.  They don't know that Marxist ideologies killed 100 million people in the 20th Century, nor are they aware that slavery was a global reality until the 19th Century and that no race was protected from it!

  My parents lived through the Great Depression. My Dad grew up in a tiny house with a dirt floor and an outhouse, and no running water. My Mom was adopted out when she was 8yo to another family because she was sickly and her family couldn't afford her Healthcare. I  grew up in a house my Dad took 10 years to build, and we lived there while he was building it. Plywood floors, no curtains or furniture, or even some interior walls for part of the time. A box of oranges was a treat. Our food budget  was so low, my Mom didn't cook with spices or herbs and our food was cheap and bland. We were poor. 5 kids. Eventually we got one TV when I was a little older. I'm the middle child. My point is, things have always been hard. My parents sacrificed everything for us to have a house. We didn't have luxuries... like new clothes, multiple pairs of shoes, toys, cars, vacations. We ate out twice a year. No fast food. No soda. Candy only at Christmas. Poor people today aren't poor at all compared to how we lived. People today are spoiled and ungrateful for all the luxuries they have access to.

  Socialist countries have a ruling class who are rich and everyone else who are poor. Just look at any around the world.

  Grew up poor and struggled. There was nothing to envy.<br>Roller skating, banana seat bikes, playing under outdoor movie screens, James taylor, Church and dinners, pinto beans and cornbread, Kool aid, fishing, cat strikes, gas lines, &nbsp;Beauty and value were defined so differently. <br>We made do. It wasn&apos;t easy.

  I have experienced the opposite. I was born in 1970 to left-wing progressive druggie civil rights attorneys who didn&apos;t do anything for me or my sister and left us to fend for ourselves as they led their lives of debauchery. When their children ask for bread we received snakes. Fast forward many years my politics flipped right before I was saved by Jesus who saved me out of all my new age practices and then a year later without me telling her any thing my daughter was saved. So we are walking this path together and now I am the one cut off since I am everything my family hates! They have probably given tens of thousands of dollars on abortion and their racist causes and nothing on us even when I went through fraud it&apos;s okay Jesus explained to me why that had to happen so I could find Him. So yes they are not generous to their children to say the least. However, I would rather live in a shopping cart with Jesus than be deceived. &nbsp;He is my true father &nbsp;He provides for me and I do pray for my family and ex friends still caught in the trap of evil 🙏🙏🙏💖💖💖

  If kids are going to go &quot;no contact&quot;, even for good reasons, then they have to be prepared to get cut off from support or inheritance. Consequences are a two way street.

  When my husband went to get a loan to open his dental practice 46 years ago the interest was 31%. YES‼️‼️<br>As soon as rates came down we refinanced to 18%. <br>These kids don’t understand anything ‼️

  I’m Gen x, was not able to buy my first house until my 40s and bought a cheap, old foreclosure house from a bank. &nbsp;Now I hear 20 year olds crying that they were lied to because they can’t buy the house they want in the location they want with their first job. &nbsp;They have been TRAINED to be victims and believe success is their RIGHT to be handed to them on a silver platter. &nbsp;Envy has been monetized to divide the sexes, the generations, the races, nations, on and on and on, because this is how socialism can be voted in. &nbsp;Once voted in, the elites take over and hold all means of power and good luck from there on out.

  Born in 65, first generation of Gen X. <br>Graduated in &apos;83. <br>Bought my first home in &apos;91 , <br>12.9 % interest. &nbsp;I was working at Instant Oil Change, making $7.00 an hour. - it was NEVER easy. <br>My next home was a foreclosure, fixer upper , I paid cash, $23 k. <br>Every penny of our savings. <br>Today , we live in a 4 bdrm/ 3 bathroom &nbsp;house on 4.5 acres, fenced and gated. &nbsp;But we bought it when I was 50. <br>At 3% interest , BECAUSE we worked hard to keep GOOD credit. <br>My nephew makes 150 k a year and....... can&apos;t &nbsp;buy a house. &nbsp;Why ? <br>Door dash , vacations , &nbsp;various cars , &nbsp;..... and THEN the cost of living. <br>All I can say, think different, CHOOSE different, &nbsp;have a different &nbsp;outcome.
