  I have pain in my right big  toe and xRay showed that i have arthritis, but movement is absolutely normal. Strangely I have more problems with walking than with running and jogging. Had a massive kick on my toe playing football maybe 10y ago i think thats was the cause. :/

  It’s the best video I have seen on swollen big toe and what foot ware is best I am very active and walk with my dogs 2-3 hrs a day I live on the moors in N. Yorkshire England the terrain is uneven and I normally wear walking boots but at the moment there making it worse so information on brand of shoes would be great I am 78 yrs old and am not that familiar with the internet Thank you for the video

  I have moderate hallux rigidus in both feet per xray and orthopedist diagnosis, I had a cortisol injection in my right foot, that hurt unbelievably bad. &nbsp;I had relief for about 3 months. &nbsp;Orthopedic shoes help alot, but I still have trouble if I&apos;m mowing the hill on my lawn for example. &nbsp;I can&apos;t take NSAIDs after getting a GI ulcer. &nbsp;I&apos;m just 45, so <b>not</b> looking forward to where this will be in another 10 years.
