My toe pain is ruining my life. I'm going to call my doc and get scheduled. He's already xrayed it. The joint seems healthy still. I was waiting until i didn't need to mow the lawn as often. I already have a boot that he gave me for my other issue and said it would work for recovery on my toe. I'm ready to cut my toe open and do it myself. 🤣

Great info, thank you! What are your thoughts on using additional arch support to divert pressure to the opposite side of the foot, away from the big toe? I have seen this suggested by others.

Unfortunately, for me, I've already had this done. This was back around 2018. It did help for a while, but no longer. I've been told by two doctors that a fusion is my only option. I'm not a fan of that option but I don't know what else I can do. I getting to the point that I feel I have no choice as my toe pain is negatively effecting my life significantly. Any advise around stem cell regeneration? Is that a real option or snake oil?
