  this is the best potato video I have come accross so far! Love that it is planting to harvest in one video, I hate having to wait for results and also nothing better than an experiment to find out the best way to stretch the seed potatoes!

  Thank you so much for posting this. I’ll be planting my container potatoes soon so this will give me the info I need. I usually plant two potatoes/five gallon grow bag but for sure will do only one this year. I was planning on trying that to see what happens so it excited me to no end to see it here and get a glimpse of what’s to come - thanks mate! Of course I enjoy fresh potatoes but my main goal is long term storage down basement so the larger ones last longer. It’s nearly April and I made mashed potatoes last night for a Shepards pie that was fantastic; potatoes pulled in August and eaten in April-such a great deal and no preserving at all, they just sit there until I want them. Mind you they had sprouts but who cares as they were still pretty firm and I can confirm tasted fantastic. The other ones the right size with sprouts I’ll replant in about 3 weeks so I’ll be self sufficient me, lol.
