Makaulie here, appreciate the shout out dude ! Keep up the good work💪🏾 P.S. Yeah letting agents can be a nightmare, some of the ones we work with don’t seem very organised amongst themselves, and unfortunately it’s us tradespeople who suffer the consequences of that

That ideal boiler looks interesting 🤔 i don't have issues with keys not working but trying to track down who has the keys for a job can waste a lot of time and I still have to drive half hour out the way to pick them up 🙄

Heat ex was quite bad Ritchie something in the manufacturing process I guess. As for the landlords check I know Southwark were charging around £121 for no thrills lgsr❤️

I do work for 1 estate agents and 1 management company.. estate agent in general are rubbish to work for.. I think the one I work for pays £65 for a gas saftey, weather its 1 appliance or 3 appliances... I dont like doing them, but I make the money back on repairs and installs with them, I dont do many gas saftey checks for them...<br>The management company I do loads of work for and charge them £65 for 1 appliance and they own blocks of flats, so i may get 10-20 gas saftey to do in the same block.. tenants are all good and no tramps... estate agents i have found alot of tenants decide to not be when your at there door, even after its all arranged and agreed... tenants can be an absolute waste of time.

I'd like your professional advice because it's in my daughter's house and all they did was turn off the fused spur. Is that the correct precidure
