Great video mate, its a shame to lose 2 properties but when that house goes boom you'll be glad you walked away! It's concerning the landlord was happy for the tenant to get a 'mate' to fix the hob. You definitely were right to walk away

Nice work, I re - molycote the spindles on hobs as it drys out over time and passes gas. It’s either that or full hob replacement which is better. It’s a joke the landlord asked you to go back knowing an unregistered guy / gal has messed around 😅

hi Ritchie yeah i think i remember this video when i first joined you. sometimes you got to follow your own instinct on that type of job the hob was suss and so was the the carcass. if the the other guy sorted the hob why did he not complete the whole job? (because he was NOT gas registered) you did the right thing mate. hate servicing work BORRING!!❤👍

What u think of the new tightness testing etc.. By iv work out permissable etc.. More headache. Could be dodgy regulator but yeah your rite third party involved rite to walk away
