I just really dislike how the guards don't interact with the zombies at all unless you're playing with them as survivors. It just feels so strange and unthematic to me that they're treated as zombies for all intents and purposes. I really wish they had used this box set to try out some rules for a second bad guy faction that is out to get the survivors but is also at risk from the zombies (a classic in zombie media nowadays).

Imagine if they had used this box set to test the waters for that type of rules, got the feedback, and then later on down the line we got a proper 2nd edition expansion that had Evil Army Guys, or something. The rooms are neat though, I agree with you that they should do more room rules in general.

I'm really not sure about this one, and this is coming from someone who's played every Zombicide campaign and owns way too much of it.
Just for the record, I very much doubt that any new missions for this specifically will be released online. I've never seen that happen for a licensed IP.
