  Tom Jones singing at the end makes the movie epic. This movie should be an annual event at drive in theaters and dollar theater. It should become a tradition.

  My favorite &quot;WTF did I just watch?&quot; movie. I love seeing people&apos;s reactions when they see it for the first time. In addition to being horribly violent and sadistic, the Martians are just annoying as hell. Great mindless fun and visually stunning.

  When watching this movie in a La Paz (BO) theater, I remember rolling from my seat laughing at one of the destruction scènes, just before the screen went dark, as if the martians had just entered the projection booth and killed the projectionist. After about a minute, we realised it wasn&apos;t actually part of the movie, so we went to look outside and saw the entire city had gone dark! A blackout. The lights had gone out in the whole city. The timing couldn&apos;t have been more perfect! It was awesome! <br>The blackout lasted about 10 minutes and the movie continued. What an amazingly funny movie!
