How Bad is GameStop Retro ACTUALLY?

  The sad thing is... ALL gamestops were gamestop "retros" before. Then, they chose to sell all of their retro inventory and screw themselves.

  Paying excessively over for retro items, I'd rather support the mom and pop type little businesses rather than GameStop.

  At this point Austin should just go to GameStop open his wallet and throw his money away, there is no difference between being robbed on the street

  The most upsetting thing about this is you gave GameStop these consoles to sell for an insane markup instead of putting them out in the wild for people who actually hunt for these

  One of my favorite GameStop memories was a couple of years after the GameCube came out, I bought a used one, but didn&apos;t have money to buy SmashBros too, but when I got it home I opened the lid and inside was a fully functional SmashBros. <br><br>They must&apos;ve been &quot;testing&quot; console and forgot about it, and of course being Nintendo the game was still like $40-50 so it was a big win

  Speaking as a current employee of Gamestop, the extra items with the PS1 were probably just left at the store when they weren&apos;t taken in as a trade, so they might have just been put into the preowned box with the console as an added bonus for whoever bought it. &nbsp;People just leaving things for us to deal with happens extremely often. &nbsp;Packages looking beat up when you get them is the fault of FedEx/USPS more often than not, although the boxes are supposed to be packed way better than they&apos;ve been shown to be in this and previous videos, that&apos;s just employees not following training. &nbsp;100% agree on being overworked though
