  Love him. I&apos;m a 28 year retired veteran. My wife bought his cookbook and he personalized it to me. He is a treasure. My wife and I believe that ya&apos;ll are too.

  A relish is just a chopped and diced vegetable, mostly pickles but it can be chilies, carrots or zucchini or a mix of all and it can be sweet, spicy or dill.

  The furniture is a real chuckwagon, this one made in the late 1,800’s. Kent was a trail camp cook for cowboys on the range for many years. He’s the real deal. His stove which he calls Bertha, is another antique from early last century. It’s cast iron, burns wood, charcoal, etc. <br>he cooks a lot with cast iron because that’s what works on the trail. Kent is retired from trail camp cooking now but that’s his roots. <br>He has cookbooks, his own brand of authentic spices and tons of free advice.
