Would love to see an oso bucco show.<br>Also polenta, and things that can be made from it. My MIL would put leftover polenta in a baking dish and slice it in the morning, fry in butter, warm syrup for her grandkids breakfasts before they went off to their parochial school for the day.

Oh, boy, another "gotta try this one!" recipe! I love pasta with just butter and olive oil as a sauce, but add the cheeses and sauce, and it's a different level of "life is great!"!
