  I&apos;m Italian and we always mixed the ricotta cheese into the ziti so all of the pasta gets coated added the grated cheese with some fresh parsley salt and pepper and a pinch of ground nutmeg. In pan layer sauce ( which I and lots of Italians call gravy) coated ziti more grated cheese , lots of shredded mozzarella ,sauce &nbsp;and repeat . Yummo

  I&apos;m not in any way a natural cook- I am usually terrified of trying anything new. &nbsp;I absolutely love your videos. &nbsp;I&apos;m embarrased to say I watch them at least three times before I try anything- not because your videos aren&apos;t fantastic but because I have no inherent cooking ability;) &nbsp;I made your Baked Ziti tonight! &nbsp;It was an hour late because I had to keep rewatching the video in pieces but I did it! &nbsp;It looks delicious! &nbsp;Bless you and your amazing family!

  I went to the store and got the ingredients to make this right after watching your video. I made it and everyone loved it! It was served with garlic bread. I will definitely be making this again and again.Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
