New Jersey is known for three things, Action Park, The Campsite for the first Friday the 13th, and Jersey Shore. All involve water, all dangerous to human life.

They survived the lawsuit by way of mafia-style lawyering.
Intimidation and dragged out legal battles.
Plus, they pushed all responsibility on the guests.

4:21 One detail about the tank he didn’t mention: at one point a guest soaked one of the tennis balls with lighter fluid, set it on fire and fired it from one of the cannons. Apparently the dude was kicked out and that was it.

These particular reactions got me for some reason: 6:18 one of the safest options at the park ... (paraphrased) "No, absolutely not, not on my radar, what if something happens" vs 9:30 cliff diving into pool with (some) unaware swimmers below ... (also paraphrased) "It's terrifying when you get up there but it is so much fun when you jump."

Greg at the end ... I feel simultaneously represented and called out.

I remember bumper boats from Adventureland on Long Island (I think the movie "Adventureland" was named after that little park but shot at Kennywood) and I remember that they refused to let people ride in the boats unless their legs were inside the boat. But I feel like they changed it to either the rotating boat ride on a swivel they have now or something in between at least a decade ago.

6:17 I've gone in a slingshot ride once. Like 4 years after that the company that ran it was forced to close beacuse they had failed to many safety inspections >.>

a decent amount of ski resorts will do mountain biking during the summer, they add brackets onto the back of the ski lifts and you take your bike up with you. I never did it, but I have been to a ski place in summer and just took the lift up and hiked down.
