By the way, those ambulances weren't to replace old ones. They were just for the extra stress of the town because of the park.

Action park was crazy especially the slide that had everyone's teeth that embedded into the plastic

Defunctland isn't always so depressing.  It is a great channel really.  As for Traction Park?  I have been to 2 theme parks; Kings Island and Hershey.  I was terrified of rollercoasters when I was young.  I went to the Hershey park on a school trip, pretty much my first time away from my parents.  I got over my fear of coasters that day and not a lot has frightened my since.

In less distressing topics involving go karts, did you ever hear about the people who attempted to make real life Mario Kart with air cannon launched RFID tagged plushies? It's safer than I just described it.

recently learned that at one point people were coming out of the cannonball loop slide with cuts caused by people's teeth that had been knocked out and gotten stuck in the walls of the slide

As someone who dived off cliffs in the wild.. no just no. I don't trust any jump like that where i can't check the depth personally especially in fresh water.

The park alone probably has at least tripled the safety rule book for amusement parks.

This was probably one of the tamer looks at Action Park that I'm aware of and certainly not the best introduction to Defunctland.  Most of his videos are about a lot more interesting, wholesome, and uplifting nostalgia.  Although there is a tinge of bitter-sweetness to it all.

the mistake they made was not calling it extreme action park and advertising it as a place for extreme adventure seekers who are not afraid to get a bloody nose or broken arm since they are already well aware of those dangers given their extreme sports life style.
