I had a few cash offers on my home & didn't take them. They were arrogant, underbid and didn't show proof of funds as my realtor instructed. I could see that the cash offers would be a problem through the process. Had many offers. Home was on the market for 4 days.

QQQ How to let it be known that you will decrease price for a cash, fast close, and removal of the manufactured home from the park? (To avoid months of delay cause by the park’s performance on responding to applications.)

Hi Jen, I came across your channel a few days ago. I'm glad I did. There was so much information I didn't know about. I'm in the process of selling my home. I've come across realtors who are not forthcoming. I've been in my house 19 yrs, and owe $83,000 on the mortgage. I got it at 3.5%. Is it wise to sell now, considering the uptick in interest rates?
