Huge thanks for the support ❤️ If my cooking style works for you, I’ve got a second channel you might enjoy too: 👉 @notanothercurryshowsamebutdiff Ingredients • Canned chickpeas (drained) — 400 g tin • Potato starch — 2 tbsp (16 g) or cornstarch/flour • Neutral oil — 1 tbsp (15 ml) • Fine salt — ½ tsp (3 g) • Smoked paprika — 2 tsp (4 g) • Garlic powder — 1 tsp (3 g) • Onion powder — 1 tsp (2.5 g) • Fine black pepper — ½ tsp (1 g) • Sugar — ½ tsp (2 g) • MSG (optional) — ¼ tsp (1 g) • Cayenne (optional) — ¼ tsp (0.5 g) Or any seasonings of choice - Old Bay, lemon pepper etc: Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes. Return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to set the seasoning.
