Huge thanks for the support ❤️ If my cooking style works for you, I’ve got a second channel you might enjoy too: 👉 @notanothercurryshowsamebutdiff Ingredients (Serves 2–3) • Potatoes, peeled and cut into chips — 500 g / about 3 medium potatoes • Potato starch — 2 tbsp / 16 g / 30 ml / ⅛ US cup / scant ⅛ UK cup • Paprika — 1 tsp / 2 g / 5 ml • Salt — 1 tsp / 6 g / 5 ml • Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp / 15 ml / 13 g / 1 US tbsp / 1 UK tbsp Leave the chips in the bowl for 10 minutes. This allows the potato starch to absorb surface moisture and form a light coating. Air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5–6 minutes. Note: This suggests that soaking chips for air frying (which many insist on) makes no difference.
