It would be great to see Pastor Wolfmueller and Fr Mike Schmitz get together and discuss these things!

Every time I see/listen to Pastor W, I see how Lutheran I really am.

My father is a deacon in the Roman Catholic Church and my mother is Methodist. I am grateful to have been led to Confessional Lutheranism. Glad to hear these conversations! I have enjoyed listening to Pastor Wolfmueller and his calm way of opening The Scriptures!

The view of the sacraments, the doctorine of justification, the distinction between law and gospel, and the understanding of receiving grace outside of ourselves which fights Gnosticism and mysticism are all things that makes Lutheranism so convincing and brings so much assurance in your faith and your salvation beyond any other tradition, and are such strong and powerful pieces of doctorine that has made me Lutheran and could never see myself leaving Lutheranism based off what I’ve studied about other denominations.

I absolutely love listening to Pastor Wolfmueller. I could listen to him all day. Also, I grew up Pentecostal and now attend an ELCA church, and listening to him speak on just about anything is like breath of fresh air. Thank you both for having him on your channel.

I resisted being a lutheran as a last resonable resort to what is right.... After reading some of the early fathers and the book of concord, i had to resign and accept what i thought to good to be true. Lutheran teaching brought to much comfort i thought.
