No games in the 70s and 80s were not “made for gamers”, because there were no “gamers”. There were just us people that occasionally had enough money to go to the arcade and play games LOL

I remember playing Pac-Man in the arcade in the early 1980s. A quarter was a lot of money in the 1980s.

This is the first game I played. My mom and dad held me up to it in 1980... I still remember it to this day... In fact when it happened, I had a thought,"I must remember this."

I grew up in Newark, NJ and back in the early 80s, we all knew about the three "P"s: Pizza, Planet Rock, and Pac Man. That is, playing Pac Man, while listening to Planet Rock in a local pizza parlor. Good times.

Well puf together video! I was a 10th grader when Pacman came out. Now at 60, I still have collectables and a Arcade 1 up mini Pacman game. Fun times!

I bought an original unmolested Pac-Man upright about 4 years ago. Had to have one that had original screen, paint, and included the owners manual. Reminds me of being 16. I have it next to my High Speed pinball game.
