  When Britain got off rationing, they just decided to keep going with what they had.  When Americans got off rationing we decided to try EVERYTHING, on the basis that statistically speaking some of it had to be good.

That meringue on top like a soft marshmallow really brings the texture together imo. It&apos;s some of the best damn pudding I&apos;ve ever had.
