  I don't think Warwick actually thought it was spicy. I think he thought it was sh*t, but "spicy" was the only word he could find that wouldn't be insulting.

  Traditionally you don't roast the bones for Pho, but you will see that in a lot of higher end restaurants because it gives the broth a much richer flavour with less cooking time and it gives the broth a deeper brown colour to contrast the noodles. But you only roast them for 20-30 minutes, roasting as long as Jamie did will melt and burn the fat from the marrow.

  For my money, none of the videos so far are as bad as Jamie Oliver&apos;s &quot;Butter Chicken&quot; 😬<br><br>Another Youtuber, Aliciaxlife, screamed herself hoarse watching Uncle Roger&apos;s reaction to that, just to give you some idea how wrong it went. . .

  If he can screw up these simple recipes as well as Korean fried rice, imagine what he can do to a Shanxi province pasta dish like knife cut noodles or lucheng shuai bing (sorry, I use deer meat for it). He&apos;d likely use balsamic vinegar instead of Shanxi mature vinegar for some of their dishes. His tounao would taste like ass.<br><br>Sorry, I&apos;m whiter than the driven snow so pardon me if I spelt those wrong.

  Oh my god, that guy at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6Pl59tlRMY&amp;t=1688">28:08</a> is just eating that thick cut of beef which isn&apos;t even cooked. &nbsp;I&apos;ve watched Jamie Oliver screw up pho so many times and never noticed that before.
