Some teachers leave you with lessons. Others leave you with a voice in your head.

This video made me think about which ones I’m still listening to.

That’s what I’m exploring in Recall Yourself: short emails that help you untangle the voices you’ve carried and work out which ones are actually yours.

Join here:
https://recallthis.co/profile?utm_source=yt&utm_medium=pin&utm_content=teachers

Honestly, this might've been some of the best commentary I've ever heard. Considering that this video only has a thousand views, this is a hidden gem. Great takeaway too, be myself, don't live to someone else's model of me.

I failed the class but left with a lesson that I’ll never forget. “It’s not how smart you are, it’s how you are smart”.

I had a professor that told me "im not going to give you the answer. Sit in that chair and search what others have done to solve similar problems. You let me know when you've found it." Thats the key I needed to learn coding.

The fact that you’re able to understand all of this to create this video, turned you into the real life dragon warrior. I just hope that this voice is actually real and no AI.

Hey there. I’m a sales coach and I’ve been that kind of teacher for a while, recently it’s been challenging because I have new students and I have to relearn being that type of teacher. This video validated that believing in people, seeing them, and investing in who they are working on becoming is ok. Thank you

Love this. I will say people like Ugway don't come out of a box, they go through their own Shi Fu journey.

I think the mistake that Shifu made with Tai Lung is that he loved him too much that he played God and gave him a destiny that wasn't even his. Shifu should've let Tai Lung decide his own interests that would potentially lead to him being his own person instead of impressing someone else.

This is a lesson to all parents out there that your child's destiny is not determined by you as a parent but by God and them. This is why your teachings should be a guidance instead of manipulation.

This is also why Tai Lung got so furious when he wasn't "chosen" as the dragon warrior because he was made to believe that he is when he wasn't and that what was Shifu missed. Panda ( Pou) is the real dragon warrior because it was already in his soul and we see this by how he naturally has a deep love for it instead of seeing it as something that he must do. And, that is what Master Oogway FELT as Pou was trying to enter the temple gates, "coincidentally" he just fell from the sky and landed right before master Oogway.

Tai Lung's life was a great tragedy. There do truly exist evil people in the world, but most are made by life.
