When you're a kid you really have no concept of money and how much things cost. I got a c64 for Christmas, £200 then, apparently now equivalent to about £700, the sacrifices my parents must have made to buy it. I couldn't possibly consider spending that sort of money or have that spent on me now. If only they were still here to thank them properly.

My god 55 here, as a child walking into dixons was literally like walking into Santa's grotto.. I was awe struck 😊
