  One last comment…sorry! I use to be James Brown personal bodyguard, once I asked James about him! James said “Elvis was a saint and he was my friend… he really was the King!”

  That "Elvis was a racist", "Elvis was a culture vulture" stuff has always been absolute GARBAGE.  Elvis was a man who was simply performing the music he loved and felt in his heart and soul.  He was not only a great student of it, but he was also a contributor to it.

  James Brown and Elvis were tight. James Brown was the first to arrive at Elvis‘s funeral. Upon his arrival, he requested some time to spend with Elvis alone. So he sat with Elvis‘s open coffin and reminisced.

  I’m a 61 yr old white lady. My parents loved music all genres. My Dad especially loved R&B. My parents loved Elvis and saw him live twice. My parents are both gone now and Elvis reminds me of them. Thanks for going down the Elvis rabbit hole! I enjoy your reactions so very much!

  There will always be malicious and jealous people spreading lies about Elvis, even though he's no longer here to defend himself. It revolts me. He doesn't deserve this; he was a man of heart. There will never be another like him. Rest in peace, Elvis. 🙏🙏

  To understand Elvis, you need to watch news footage from the 60s. Elvis did all he could do to help the black community.
