  Every season, you should do a season wrap up and an award ceremony. Maybe different categories like “least ahole” or “most likely to be fake” or “most controversial”

  It might be a cultural thing but the first story is genuinely insane to me. Whenever I’m going to someone’s house for dinner it’s like a given that everyone brings something, whether it’s drinks, a side dish, dessert, snacks etc. It’s also a given that everyone cleans up together. To not want to contribute a measly $10 to the people who’ve been cooking you a meal (a good meal too) and cleaning up after you for free for however long is just batshit crazy.
