  Dads are absolutely a role model for their sons. When I was in high-school, I got into an argument with my girlfriend, ended up giving her an ultimatum, and took her home early. When my Dad asked me what happened and I explained, he told me that I was being controlling and will end up losing her if I kept acting like that. He literally told me that it would be all my fault. I sat with that for the night and picked her up to take her to school in the morning. I apologized to her and told her I messed up and owe it to her to do better. We make 9 years in July. We wouldn’t have made it thus long if my Dad wasn't willing to call me out on my crap as soon as he saw it.

  With the update being only three hours ago, it's so crazy to think that somebody's world was being destroyed last night while I was tucked in my bed with my husband next to me and my kids across the hall. These stories always make me feel so incredibly fortunate but sad.

A cop will not be able to tell you, you need a surveyor or a land use attorney. &nbsp;3. A fence in most states is private property no matter where it sits on the property so no one can touch it.

  People talk about parental divorce being traumatising, but to be honest, my parents&apos; divorce was the best thing that could have happened to our family. It was stressful at the time, but our parents screamed at each other so much that I would go hide with my older sister in her room and she&apos;d turn up the volume on her teeny tiny bedroom tv as high as it would go until they stopped. I remember that far more vividly than the divorce. And now both of my parents are married to wonderful people who share their life goals and views. I now have 4 wonderful, happy parents.

  Mortgage processor here: when you first buy a home you buy title insurance through a title company. If you have property disputes, call the title company you used when you bought your home and they will counsel you and help fight with you. That’s what title insurance is for, you’ve already bought it, use it!
