  My grandpa is too an alzheimer patient and to be honest his condition is way worse than that.

  I&apos;m so glad this is being researched! My grandmother died from Alzheimer&apos;s. It is the worst way to go, especially for the family. She couldn&apos;t remember her sons or anyone in her family.

  It&apos;s the worst disease out there. It&apos;s like the soul gets sucked out of someone you love, including all the memories you have together. You can&apos;t say goodbye to them, because their body stays, but their mind just doesn&apos;t. &nbsp;My grandpa doesn&apos;t recognize me anymore.

  He just got no short memory<br>My grandpa with Altzheimer have no clue what is happening... When you ask him something he just say some nonsense... he makes mess all time it ask for something and doesn&apos;t want it anymore... He recently forgot who his wife is and ran away and we had to look for him all Day <br>Water is turned all the time he leave bathroom... sometimes in our family conversations he just say random memory and start laughing... It is getting worse every time I see him<br>His altzheimer started when he first retire and had nothing to do other than watching tv, granmother always have something to do, shopping , teaking &nbsp;care of grandchildrens first me and my brother recently my younger cusins now husband... There is a place when he gets care of but it is only for cuple hours A day<br>Altzheimer hurts others...<br>Find A cure before someone gets sick

  My mother has got this and it&apos;s really hard to cope. Sometimes I think maybe she&apos;ll stop recognising me.

  I think Alzheimer&apos;s Disease is one of the few &quot;big scary things&quot; for me. Stroke maybe being a close second. Losing my ability to think, know my family, help. Scary.
