Ah, me a retired marine tech used to turn small bilge pumps into 'stripper' pumps by blocking the vertical slits on the base. I would choose the small round Rule brand pumps that fit perfectly into a PVC or ABS 2" coupling. Cut 2 notches for the ears that hold the base to the pump body. Make a piece of flat stock stick down above the low spot and a large hose clamp around that support and the pump body will allow the pump base to touch the hull. No base plate mount needed.
Once the pump stops water will flow back from the discharge hose so keep it short. Add a manual switch since float switches need maybe 2" of water to work properly. Check valves are best avoided. They can gum up. This build can strip the water down to maybe 2mm before sucking air.
Sorry for the concave areas... They are not good for planing hulls.
If you can gather together a large amp dpdt switch (a shore power transfer switch will work) wire it so that you send either 12 or 24 volts to the motor. When you leave the boat set it to 12v ro draw the batteries down together and use it for slow trolling if your motor allows. (worked fine on my old 36# thrust minn kota).

Use a MPPT solar boost controller instead. It appears you have a non-boost MPPT solar controller. Your's is less expensive than a boost controller, but doesn't take advantage of indirect or otherwise low sunlight, because it doesn't boost voltage lower than the needed charging voltage up to the charging voltage. For instance, if you need 14.6 volts as an optimum charging voltage, but lower light conditions or obstructions cause your solar cell battery to only produce 10 volts, a boost controller will boost the voltage to 14.6 (or whatever is needed) exchanging amps for volts, so the Lifepo4 or whatever battery, continues to charge even in low light. With your present set up if the solar battery voltage drops below charging voltage, the charging stops until the light level increases sufficiently. This especially helps in higher latitudes and during seasons, where the Sun spends more time lower in the sky.
