This is the kind of thing a lot of veterans probably don't even know about. An exemption doesn't help much if nobody knows they qualify or how to actually get it. VA benefits can be confusing enough without having to hunt down every possible savings.

As a female combat veteran I understand the gender bias but I don't let it stop me from my benefits that I qualify for. Gender bias is the norm. Females have not become integrated with the languages. I had a gender bias leader who was different to us females in his squad and it was obvious. I'm not complaining about it just educating about my experience. It's more of a respect issue respect is earned not given.

Here’s the reality: millions in savings on healthcare, property taxes, and loan fees go unclaimed every year just because the process is clear as mud. A veteran shouldn’t have to play detective online to discover their own benefits. If you earned them, the system ought to make claiming them as straightforward as possible.

This is the kind of thing the VA should make way easier to understand. A lot of vets probably qualify for certain exemptions and don't even know it. Then you have different rules depending on where you live. I can see why someone would use a Private filing assistant just to figure out what they can actually get.

Any humans here? Who do I call for the VA Fee Refund? My original mortgage company, my current one, or the VA? My old one won't care and is likely out of business, and my new one didn't do it... in fact, I am now 3 companies in. They keep selling my mortgage.
