Haha <br><br>Uk girlie here ..fell in love with South Africa on a girls trip in 2023…after that I’ve been back and forth since doing 3 -6 months …mainly Cape Town but now moreso in Joburg. <br><br>I chose Joburg as I missed seeing abundance of black excellence, culture etc but I’ll always be a coastal girlie haha. <br><br>Doubt I can continue to do this back and forth as I find that SA doesn’t have a big expat community and I’m now realising thats a value I need when choosing where to base myself. But for now I’m currently in Joburg enjoying and who knows lol

As an elder and your &nbsp;uncle, &nbsp;trust me when I say love will find you at the right time. I also &nbsp;think &nbsp;that as POC in Mzansi, especially black, NEED &nbsp;to talk about the importance of therapy. We have been through a lot of trauma, in so many aspects &nbsp;of our society. We are hurting and need healing, &nbsp;and maybe we are just resilient and musk it well.We need these conversations in our communities, &nbsp;for us, access to good therapists is an economic &nbsp;issue, stigma and again, it is historical.But we need to start somewhere.Thank you for the episode and thank you for opening up, and being vulnerable, &nbsp;wishing you the best years ahead.Easy does it😉😇😊🤓
