Damn, David Grissom's phrasing and ideas are out of this world. His playing is extremely mature, to mature for some in this comment section i'm afraid.

Dave Grissom is a master. Good lord - fantastic, expressive stuff he's mining and reaching for and just absolutely nailing. His phrasing is like a horn player. Outstanding. It may sound corny, but it's like all of them are truly having a conversation and complimenting each other so well and filling in the blanks.

Grissoms tone is huge. What a great story teller. 2 masters pluckin some meters. Doesn't get too much better.

I’m a huge fan of Brent Mason I have been for a long time. Recently converted to PRS guitars and got a DGT. I’m not a huge fan of David Grissom as well so this is a bonus video for me to be able to watch. As others have said, in their comments, the tonality of their respective guitars is awesome. I’m still trying to find my tone.
