This is probably the WORST AI reading I've yet experienced. Sounds like a first grader trying to read Mary and Spot. It's extremely distracting from what is otherwise a pretty good story as these things go.

I would demand that every illegal building/pool/roads etc be totally removed from my property and the land be restored to its original state. I would also sue for attorney's fees, any other related damages, mental distress, public apology, and anything other expenses related to my property being so brazenly stolen by the HOA/developer.
