Calling 911 over someone moving into their own cabin is taking HOA control way too far

Wow!, matching T-shirts?, and the HOA still didn't win?

Did not one of these home owners pull out their ownership documents and find that their home was on leased land? First thing I would do. When I actually bought the property in fact.
Know what? I just don't believe that 60 plus owners never read their their documents.

@10:55 You cannot gain equity on land you do not own outright. You may be able to gain equity in a structure you own that has been legally built on leased land, but due to perceived problems getting the lease renewed, any structure equity gained drains away as the lease ending date nears. Who pays top dollar for a building that would have to be moved in only a few years? @32:32 How could people moving into the subdivision over the years not have known about the ground lease?

I thoroughly enjoy these HOA stories, but they have become rather cookie cutter; after you go through the video, it's all the same- with a few tweaks
