Why did you not push charges for illegal poaching of animals taken on false documentation against the HOA. Poaching in TX is a serious charge

That is so stupid. of coarse they were not hunting legally if they were hunting on his land without his permission. All he had to do was call the game warden and it would have been taken care of. In Texas the game wardens actually have more authority than almost all law enforcement officers . Also in Texas if the land is fenced that is the same as a no trespass sign. You are not required to post a sign . I am a long time land owner and hunter and also lease part of my land for hunting and am very well versed in Texas hunting laws .

Simply contact The Game Warden service to report the HOA illegally selling hunts on your land. File charges on all Hunters hunting on you land.
