Please help me. When I put the record on the platter, after about 10 seconds, the record repeats. It's not the needle or the vinyl record; it's the tonearm, which seems to be stuck. This happened to me before with a Q3 turntable. What should I do? What could be the problem? Please, I'm begging you for help.

NEED HELP : @ 3.44 My ring is lock, i try to unlock it but impossible, it's like glue, do you have a solution to unlock it? Thanks @Ilja
