Grease your crock pot: Lightly coat the inside with nonstick spray or butter. 2. Make the creamy cheese mixture: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, 1 cup cheddar, and all seasonings. Mix until mostly smooth — a few lumps are fine. 3. Mix everything together (except final cheese): In pan or bowl, gently toss together: Cooked ground beef, Cooked pasta, Spaghetti sauce ½ cup beef broth or water (to help it blend smoothly) Stir until combined 4. Load the crock pot: Pour 1/2 the mixture into the crock pot and spread evenly. then top with 1/2 the cheese mixture then add the other half of the pasta mixture. Top with the remaining cheese mixture. 5. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, until hot and bubbly throughout. (Don’t overcook — since the pasta’s already done, you’re just melting and melding everything together.) 6. Set & Serve: Turn off heat, Add shredded Colby Jack cheese and diced pepperoni to top (parsley if wanted) let it sit 10–15 minutes covered — it’ll thicken beautifully as it cools slightly. 🧀 Optional Add-ins ½ cup mozzarella for extra gooeyness A sprinkle of Parmesan before serving Fresh basil or parsley for a nice finish 🔥Music rights belong to Epidemic Sound 📌A little bit about me......
