  I have a Bootleg LP that I collected up in the 1980s titied, "Jimmy Page, Session Man."  The songs on that are mostly backing up bands that seemed to be following the style of The Yardbirds, with one standoujt exception. Page did the guitar work on the briefly, wildly popular, "Luls" song, "I'll Come Running," a 1964 song predating her 1967 mega hit songtrack song for "To Sir, With Love," The guitar work Jimmy does on this 1964 entry was actually quite amazing. He already knew how to bend and whammy at the same time. Also, there was an album going around by 1967 ttiled, "British Blues Anthology," which was actually a series of session recordings of Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Page, playing in differen combos on some really great instumental cuts. It reseurfacedin the early 70s titled, "The Guitars that Destgroyed the Word," and later came out on CD as "Eric Clapton - Early Gratest," even thought it was those sessions with the other two greats. Itr was an obscure production I happened to find at a record store in the SF Bay Area in the early 1980s.
