The very concerning part is the maintenance scams. Tradesmen are so grossly overcharging these days. Makes anything hard for anyone, especially pensioners. Stuff in general should just work, or be user maintainable. But all are in on the repeat payments for life scam these days.<br>Good video by the way.

Yes they're worth it, Had our Mitsubishi HI split since 2013, cools in the summer heats in the winter and doesn't cost much to run. Only maintenance needed is to clean the filters.

In a two storey house put a wall unit in upstairs hallway as it will mainly do the summer cooling and install a floor mounted unit downstairs as it will mainly do winter heating all run off one outdoor unit.

Make sure the indoor unit is not above or near seating as it can be uncomfortable having air blown over your head.<br>We have 2 Mistsubishi indoor units installed 10 years ago on the opposite wall to the main seating/sleeping areas and this is very nice. <br>One in the main living room and one in the main bedroom. They are getting old but still work fine. <br>Thanks, this is good information.

Thank you so much for this video. I really appreciate it. Mostly when you look it's all marketing. This was a balanced pros and cons. As I'm just looking for my master bedroom and lounge which are on the same external wall I think a multi- split system will work for me. <br>Again, thank you for your video.
