  What drives me nuts is the hate the overlords have for outhouses. If your way out in woods what is wrong with outhouse? They just want you to install a septic so they can say you improved the land and then raise your property taxes. Not everyone wants a septic. But they have the power to tell you what you can do with your land. It’s an attack on self reliance. 😡

  I was looking at parcel that was listed at a fair price...During my investigation, I discovered under water rights... No Water Rights ... The landowner selling the property had a massive row farm, irrigated with pivots. This land was outside the pivot coverage. In a state where Farms are prime and all others take back of the bus so changes will never happen.
