  The radius of septic system exclusion around the existing well is called the &quot;zone of influence&quot; (Z.O.I); where the groundwater is drawn down in a conical fashion around the well point.<br>The point here is to avoid septic system leachate from contaminating the well point with harmful bacteria.

  Okay here&apos;s my question. What about a septic system that&apos;s not designed to be in the ground but goes through 20 totes of a thousand l to get processed cleaned and at the end of it goes into a storage tank that you can put into a pond that naturally introduces live bacteria from the neighboring pond. You know equal theological species in bacteria wise even though it&apos;s done through clothes system. A guy in Australia is done this. What do you think?

  I have land that I am so interested in purchasing for a home build and I absolutely love the information from you. I am doing due diligence and it’s really tough to come to a conclusion with a few things. It’s tough buying land. More especially in a very rural area

  That’s crazy that wells are allowed so close to a property line. It should have a minimum requirement so it doesn’t interfere with neighboring properties. Thats crazy.
