  Some years ago, I took a college course to prepare for getting my real estate license. I remember studying about the Public Land Survey, easements, riparian rights, and adverse possession. &nbsp;This channel is very interesting and the presentation is exceptional.

  Yep, that first one is a rough piece. Takes a while to see it on a computer, but one in person view lets you know. I have run into probs with &quot;lifetime rights&quot; on deeds, and of course the ROW or lack thereof. Sometimes there is a silver lining. Some of my buddies buy swampland for cheap, then it makes money as a carbon footprint trade off for nearby builders. &nbsp;There are many Conservation easements and federal programs to explore . Water access and wildlife can be a rec positive. I know some guys selling pine needles and sod in SE part of our state, NC. This was one of your best videos.

  Before buying visit the parcel, check it out in person, you’ll get a feel of the terrain, do not buy based on pictures or analytics!

  The low cost for your course was shocking for me at first. I was thinking it would be much more. Telling us it is basically a promotional offer makes a lot more sense. Land appraisal is such a valuable skill.
