Not normal in Korea to ask for a tip. I’ve never experienced that. Company name and car number is visible in the video.

Korean here. Obviously that taxi driver should be reported, bc that was a scam towards foreigners, since tipping is not a thing in Korea.....

Not you saying you’ve seen Seoul 4 years ago? The place changes like every 6 months! Terminal 1 has so many restaurants. Should have checked the basement. Btw u go to the restaurants and shops and they are so nice and helpful!

I am sorry for your bad experience of taxi. I been to Cebu five times. People in Philippines are more kind, generous and open minded than any others. I hope you spend more days in Korea next time.
