My brother was a executive of will trust of my mother he did not probate the will trust distribution he was handling 5 million dollars with 5 siblings as beneficiary. He completly changed trust/ will he changed how it was intended to be distributed he ended up mismanaging money and failed to pay out full benefit money, 2 were shorted yet no one cares it has been brought before another attorney they failed to see he be punished for this, how can a. Trustee change moms will trust he said there was no over sight so no one was watching him what can we do about this?

I know of someone who handled her probate process with the help of family members. She filed a petition for summary administraton due to a family member who never notified the courts that she was the surviving widow. Hopefully a ruling comes soon
